Effective Date: [March 1, 2024]

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated into King Richard Productions’ Terms of Use, and applies to your use of any online service that includes a link to this Policy, including, without limitation, and all features, content, and other services that we own, control, and make available through online services that include a link to this Policy (“Services”), regardless of how you access or use the Services.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information through your use of the Services, including any information you provide through the Services while you browse the website. This Policy does not apply to information that is collected outside the Services. This Policy applies regardless of whether you access the Services using a personal computer, mobile device, smart TV, gaming console, or other equipment, device, or application now known or hereafter developed.

By visiting the Services or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy, as well as our Terms of Use. If you disagree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Services.

We may modify this Policy from time to time, and at any time, without notice to you, for any reason, in our sole discretion. We may notify you of material changes to our Policy by updating the Effective Date herein, by e-mail, or by notification upon accessing the Services; the form of such notice is at our discretion. Once we post modifications of the Policy on the Services, these changes become effective immediately and if you use the Services after they become effective it will signify your agreement to be bound by the modifications. We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you use our Services to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Information you provide to us

We collect information that you submit to us. For example, the process of subscribing to updates regarding screenings and exclusive offers on the Service requires you to provide us with an e-mail address. We will collect any information you voluntarily provide, and we may also request optional information to support your use of the Services. Additionally, if you send an e-mail to us, we will collect your e-mail address and the full content of any e-mail you send to us, including attached files and other information provided therein.

Information We Collect Automatically From Your Devices

When you use our Services, we may collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including hardware model, operating system and version, Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses and other unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and information about the device’s interaction with our Services. We also collect information about how you use our Services, including your access times, browser types, and language. We may use this data alone or in aggregate form, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that is intended to identify you personally. This type of data enables us to understand how often individuals use parts of the Services so we can analyze and improve them. To collect this information, we use cookies and web beacons, and may in the future use other similar technologies.

For example, we use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Twitter conversion tracking tags, and other similar third-party services, to collect statistical information about how the Services are used. These services use information such as your IP address, browser type, and unique identifiers stored in cookies on your device to record how you interact with the Services. These third-party services help us to optimize and deliver advertising to users, know how many users we have, which parts of the Services are most popular, what browsers are used (so we can maximize compatibility), the country or region where our users are located, and the demographics and interests of our users. This enables us to better understand who is using the Services to ensure we are reaching our target demographic and to improve and tailor the Services accordingly.

To learn more about how we automatically receive and record information when you interact with the Services, please review our Cookies Policy. The Cookies Policy covers only our use of cookies; it does not cover the use of cookies or other technologies by third parties. Options you may have to control the use of third-party cookies are explained in our Cookies Policy.

Location Information

We may collect different types of information about your location, including general information, such as the city, state, and/or zip code associated with your IP Address, and, if you agree, more specific location information that is provided through the GPS functionality on mobile devices used to access the Services. We may use such location information to customize the Services, including advertising that is presented to you. For example, if you provide a zip code that indicates that you live in New Jersey, the Services may be customized with New Jersey-specific information, features, and advertisements. In order to do this, your location information may be passed along to our affiliates, agents, vendors, or advertisers. Options you have to control the automatic collection of location information are explained below under “WHAT ARE MY CHOICES?”.

A cookie is a small text file that is sent by a website to your computer or mobile device where it is stored by your web browser. A cookie contains limited non-personal data, usually a unique identifier and the name of the site. This enables a website to recognize you as you move around the site and/or each time you revisit. Cookies are used for a wide variety of purposes such as to keep you logged in or to remember what’s in your basket if you’re shopping online, to remember your preferences and settings, to analyze how the Services are used by you, and to serve advertising to you.

Cookies may be served to you by the website you are visiting (a “first party cookie”) or by another organization providing services to that website, such as an analytics company or advertising network (a “third party cookie”). They will either be stored for the duration of your visit (a “session cookie”) or they will remain on your device for a fixed period, which could be months or even years, to remember you across multiple browsing sessions (a “persistent cookie”).

Web pages, emails, and mobile apps may contain a small transparent image file or line of code to record how you interact with them. They are often used in conjunction with web browser cookies (or the unique identifier of your mobile device) and they are used to help website and app publishers to better analyze and improve their services and to target advertising based on your browsing behavior and interests. For example, by knowing which web pages you visit or which elements of a page you viewed, when and for how long, whether you viewed and/or clicked on an advertisement on a site, or whether you opened or clicked on marketing emails sent to you.

When you use our Mobile Apps, we may record unique identifiers associated with your device (such as the device ID and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address), your activity within the App, and your network location. This information may be used to analyze and improve our services and to serve advertising to you.

We use cookies and tracking technologies for a variety of reasons, such as to enable us to recognize when you have logged in, to improve your experience of the Services, and to deliver advertising. For example, we use these technologies to keep you logged in, to allow us to know when and for how long you use the Services, and to remember your preferences, settings, and other functionality you have requested, such as remembering your username and password so that you do not need to login each time you visit. We may also use cookies and tracking technologies to deliver advertising and marketing messages relevant to you – a common practice across the Internet and known as Interest-based advertising or behavioral advertising.

More information about analytics and advertising is detailed below.

On our websites we use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Twitter conversion tracking tags, and other similar services, to collect statistical information about how our Services are used. They use information such as your IP address, browser type, and unique identifiers stored in cookies on your device to record how you interact with the Services.

These analytical services help us to know how many users we have, which parts of the Services are most popular, what browsers are used (so we can maximize compatibility), the country or region where our users are located, and the demographics and interests of our users. This enables us to better understand who is using the Services, to ensure we are reaching our target demographic, and to improve and tailor the Services accordingly.

Advertising tailored to your individual interests on other websites and online services, known as interest-based advertising or behavioral advertising, may be served by us or we may allow third parties’ advertisements to be served through the Services. We believe this makes the advertising more interesting and useful to you, and also helps us increase the value we get out of the site from our advertisers, ultimately giving us a greater ability to invest in great content for the benefit of all users. These advertisements are sometimes targeted based on your browsing activity over time and across third party websites and services. As a result, you may see advertising based on website content you have been viewing on another website. For example, a retailer might use information about the products you browsed on their website in order to tailor their advertisement to you on this website. Other times, the advertisements are not tailored or targeted based on your browsing on other websites, but rather simply based on how you use and interact with the Services.

Advertisements may come from third party companies called “ad networks.” Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors, and research firms. Your web browser must request these advertisements from the ad network’s servers, which allows ad networks to view, edit, or set their own cookies on your browser, just as if you had visited a web page from their website. We have implemented or are in the process of implementing the following features based on Google Analytics for Display Advertising: Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, Google Analytics Demographics, and Interest Reporting. These advertising services may track your online activities over time by collecting information through automated means, including first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together (i) to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on past visits to the Services; and (ii) to report how our ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to the Services. This information is not shared with us, and we do not share information with the advertiser about your browsing of the Services. This is not an exhaustive list. Other third parties may assist us in delivering interest-based advertisements.

It is important to note that at no time do we or our service providers attempt to identify you individually, nor do we create a profile of you for the purposes of delivery advertising.

You may have a choice about whether to have your information collected for these purposes. See below for details and for information about how to exercise your preferences.
